Ways To Donate

Make an appointment with our staff

This will allow us to discuss how your donation can help future Soldiers, educators, and visitors understand our unique history. To aid our team in knowing as much as possible about the history of the items you wish to donate, please write a brief history of how you acquired them.

Donating To The ASOM

The museum takes donations of artifacts by appointment only

As part of the United States Army we are subject to regulations as to what we can accept and how we do so. To make your donation official, we need a signed DD Form 5572-R which we will provide. Any background information you can provide on the Soldier or artifacts is most appreciated. We cannot accept items left at the building or without the signed form. Items left without following proper donation procedures will be destroyed if in accordance with United States Army regulations.

How You Can Help

We are enormously grateful for the number of donations which have helped us create a collection which represents the mission of our museum. As we look for ways in which we can improve our educational impact, we are seeking the following items:

* OSS artifacts, stories, and pictures

* Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom items

* POW histories, pictures, and artifacts

* Unique items from foreign interactions during Airborne & Special Operations Activities worldwide

We are always seeking clothing, equipment,

and weapons which are relevant to

airborne and special operations units

including those of foreign provenance.
