The Airborne & Special Operations Museum Foundation Hosts Fourth Annual Museum Golf Tournament FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Join the Airborne & Special Operations Museum Foundation for the fourth annual Museum Golf Tournament, Friday, March 22, at Cypress Lakes Golf Course located in Hope Mills, NC. The shotgun start, Captain’s Choice format starts at 9:00am with registration beginning at 8:00am. The tournament will feature prizes for first and second place, longest drive, closest to the pin and more. A meal will also be provided for golfers after the tournament. According to Paul Galloway, Executive Director of the Airborne & Special Operations Museum Foundation, this year’s event is shaping up to be even bigger than last year’s. “We had a great turnout last year and we are expecting to far exceed that this year.” “This is a great way to support the museum and just have a really good time,” continued Galloway. “Community support of museum events has always been outstanding and I’m sure this will turn into a ‘must attend’ event in the years to come. We’ve already had many golfers sign up for the tournament so to assure yourself a spot be sure to register as soon as possible.” Cost is $70 per player or $260 per four-person team.
