1. Choose
level of participation.
Basic Roll Call
registration - includes your personal service record, significant
accomplishments, and other data - $25.00
Add a photograph to the data - additional $25.00
Add your personal
webpage with more detailed information (up to 450 words) about
your military or civilian experiences, such as the story of a
battle, a significant personality or how your military career
affected your life - additional $25.00
All proceeds benefit
the Airborne & Special Operations Museum Foundation, a 501.c.3
non-profit corporation. Your contribution is tax deductible.
2. Choose method of
submitting information.
On-line
Fill out the on-line form and credit card information and submit.
Instructions are provided for submission of photographs and for
the expanded information option.
Download Form &
Mail In
Download and print the on-line form, fill out, and mail with payment
to the museum. Photos may be mailed and will be returned for an
additional $7.50 fee. Click

Brochure
Brochure and registration forms are available at the museum. Information
can be mailed to an interested person, and completed registration
form and payment may be mailed or delivered to the museum.
3. Check your submission
For electronic submissions,
you will receive a confirmation of the information you submit
for the Roll Call enrollment. You will create a username and password
for your record at the time of registration. This will allow you
to access your record in the future. If there are any errors in
your submission, please notify us by email at rc@asomf.org within 48 hours.
4. Watch for your
registration on-line
Roll Call enrollments
will appear in the database within two weeks of submission.
5. Update your information
Each registrant may
update their information up to two times at no charge. You will
create a username and password for your record at the time of
registration that will give you access to your information. Use
the "Account Logon" from the main menu to perform this
update.
6. Expand your registration
You may add a photograph
or the personal webpage following your initial enrollment. Costs
are broken down in step number 1 above. Additions may be submitted
on-line, by mail or at the museum referencing the username and
password. To add these options on line, log into your account
using your username and password, and you will see instructions
regarding these additions.
7. Visit and search
the database.
The database is fully
searchable. Explore it!

any questions
There is a Frequently
Asked Questions page on-line, you can e-mail with specific
questions to rc@asomf.org or feel free to call the museum at 910-483-3003 extension 229.
