Gift shop return policy
To return, or exchange, an item, use the form on the packing slip. No form? Write a note explaining the reason for the return. If you are returning a product you received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item of equal value.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 60 days for a refund (excluding delivery charges). We do not honor refunds after 60 days from day of purchase. We ask that all returned products be in new condition with original packaging and materials. All CDs and DVDs must not be opened and in original packaging.
