Private rental guidelines.
When
- Tuesday–Saturday, 4:00–9:00 PM.
- Setup may begin at 4:00 PM unless prior approval has been granted.
- No rentals on Sundays, Mondays, federal holidays, or designated blackout dates.
- Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
What you arrange
- The Museum is a raw event venue.
- Clients arrange vendors, tables, chairs, linens, catering, and décor.
- Use beyond the contracted rental period may result in additional fees.
Facility policies
- All events require ASOMF approval.
- Exhibit galleries are not open for after-hours events.
- No political campaigning, religious activities, or fundraising except activities directly supporting ASOM in accordance with the ASOMF nonprofit charter.
